College Lax / Elite HS

8-10AM M T TH F

Our training group is dedicated to current college lacrosse athletes and elite high school athletes. This group will cover every aspect of lacrosse training. Speed, agility, quickness, lax skills, conditioning, strength, and power training. Having training partners who push you day in and day out is what makes this group special. Even though it is considered group training, this group replicates the exact feel and execution as a high level college team practice. Athletes will also have access to a weight room post training to complete lift programs from myself, or their perspective college.

Lax Sports Performance

11:00AM-12:30PM M T TH

1st half of session will focus on Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness. 2nd half will focus on Strength and Power Training in the weight room. Improve your first step, lateral change of direction, and run away speed. Become a better overall athlete.

Lax Skills

12:30-2:00PM M T W TH

Stick and dodge work. Perfect your craft. We will break down specific on field lax skills that include dodging, shooting, passing, and cutting. Work and talk through in game concepts and movement.

Lax Elite online training program is loaded with every drill, detail, and rep we do in our training. It includes all our on field lax skills training, sports performance speed, agility, quickness, and our strength and power training in the weight room. All programmed out with step by step instructions to execute and take your game to the next level.
